Our program blends evidence-based guidance, education, and practical support to safely maintain and regain correct body alignment, breathe better, restore the core, relax and strengthen the pelvic floor, and move smarter throughout the stages of pregnancy and motherhood.

Breathing techniques & pelvic health education
WEEK 3 CLASS
Safe movement & core exercises
WEEK 4 CLASS
Core progressions & strengthening exercises.
